Returns & Exchange Policy
At Icon Jacket, we want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If, after receiving your order, you decide you no longer wish to keep the item, simply return it to us for a refund or exchange. No hassle, no fuss!
Return Policy
You can return any unworn and unused items within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. We also cover the return shipping costs for our UK & USA customers.
Once we receive your returned item, you can expect to receive a refund within 4 weeks. In many cases, refunds are processed faster. The refund timeframe includes:
- 5-10 business days for the item to reach us.
- 3-5 business days to process your return.
- 7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
To return an item, simply contact us with your order number and the product details you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item.
Returns Process
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, Icon Jacket will gladly accept returns for unworn, unused, and factory-defective items within 30 days from the shipping date. Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by sending an email to contact@iconjacket.com or logging into your account on our website. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- You will receive an email with detailed return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will either refund, exchange, or return the product(s) as per our policy.
Please ensure all returned items are in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Items returned in any other condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. As a small business, we thoroughly inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe they do not meet our policy.
For customers outside the UK& USA, we recommend using an insured carrier, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
Free Renting Policy
We trust our customers and value strong, transparent relationships. However, we ask that our policies be respected to avoid misuse. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items are being used for “free renting” or “wardrobing,” such as ordering multiple jackets for short-term use with the intent to return them.
If you are a production company and wish to use our jackets for shoots, we offer collaboration opportunities. Please reach out to us for more details.
Clearance Items
Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. However, we would be happy to exchange them for a different item, with the customer covering return shipping charges.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Christmas Return Policy
To make your holiday shopping even easier, we’ve extended our returns policy over Christmas! Items purchased between 1st November and 14th December can be returned with your receipt for a refund or exchange until 14th January. Items purchased from 15th December onwards will follow our standard 30-day return/exchange policy.
