Overseas Delivery
We deliver to countries all over the world! However, please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, and we require a valid phone number for all deliveries to ensure smooth and prompt delivery.

- United Kingdom, EU, Europe, Canada, Australia and United States: We use trusted couriers such as FedEx, DHL, or SkyNet for our deliveries. Expected delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, delivery takes 7 to 10 working days. In some cases, it may take slightly longer, but it should usually arrive within 15 working days of placing your order.
Where is my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. This email will include a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Delivery is handled by SkyNet, DHL, TNT, or CityLink, and you can track your order directly through the courier’s website.
My package hasn’t arrived yet – what should I do?
If it has been 7 to 10 working days and your package has not yet arrived (or was not delivered to a neighbor), please check the tracking details.
